Norma Alloway’s Satellite Cafe Rolls

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 package yeast

3 tablespoons sugar

3 eggs beaten well

1/4 cup margarine, melted

1 teaspoon salt

4 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Warm milk and add yeast and sugar. Let stand a few minutes to proof.

Stir in eggs, margarine, salt and flour.

Let rise, shape into buns and let rise again.

Bake at 375 degees 18-20 minutes.
